Annual Assessment

1- Homework, Project work, Home assignment, Classwork, Model exhibition carry marks or grade for Promotion.
2- Leave requests for Unit Test shall not be considered.
3- Examination wi l not be taken before or After the stipulated time for any student even after submitting leave application with Authenticated certificate satisfying the need for the leave sought for. But the type of application and certificate submitted will certainly decide the kind of leave the child may be granted as urgent leave (UL) or medical leave (ML).
4- The student who has availed UL/ML during the exam during an academic session sha l not be granted rank throughout the academic session.
5- The decision of school authorities regarding promotion wi l be final.

Tansfer Certificate (T.C.)

Transfer certificate will be issued by the principal after- 1 Month from giving a written application with Rs. 500/-

Withdrawl Notice

1- The principal will not accept any notice of withdrawl for any students before the end of the session on the event of withdrawl parent concerned will be liable to pay the full fee for the first term of the ensuring year.
2- A parent my be asked to withdraw his child/children in respect of their dues.
3- Pending against the school and which despite notice by the school have not been paid within one month of the school.

Attendance, Absence and Re-admission

1- Minimum attendance of 75% of the total number of school days is sought, failing student may be debarred from appearing in the examination.
2- Habitual latecomers and undisciplined students once acquitted may not be reamitted and school forfeit their admission fees.
3-Re-admission can be granted only after the approval of the principal of the school and his decision regarding this shall be final.

Scholarships to Needy and Outstanding Students

The BNSD public school awards scholarships in cash to the needy and outstanding Students in each class. The Selection of the recipient of the scholarships will be strictly be on merits.

Awards and Gifts

Awards and gifts will be given to outstanding students for their meritorious performances in any sphere.

Progress Report

1- Progress of the student shall be judged on the basis of monthly, quartly, Half-yearly and final examination. Shall from the basis of student's promotion to the next class.
2- No marks shall be awarded instead grading system shall be followed.
3- The decision on school authorities regarding the promotion shall be final.

Holidays

The school will observe holidays in summer an winter seasons as follows :
Summer : Mid May/June
Winter : Mid December to Mid January
