1- Books will be issued for a period of 7 days at a time. Only one book may be issued at a time.
2- After given period final wi l be charge Rs. 2 per day.
3- If the borrower lost or damage the borrowed book, wi l be asked to pay three times the cost of book and a fine of Rs. 10 wi l be charged extra.
4- The student should point out any damage in the book before getting it issued in his/her name other wise he/ she will be charged for damage.
5- Tearing writing, scribing or folding of corners of the pages of the book wi l be considered as damage done to the book.
6- Before the commencement of the annual examination, students wi l take a clearance slip should be obtained from the library and they must be return books before the examination.
