General Rules

1- The school disapproves the practice of the teacher under taking tution and on no account parents enter into such agreement with any member of the teaching staff.
2- Parents will not be allowed to see their child in the classroom during hours except with the prior permission of the principal.
3- The parents should strictly avoid giving any money to their children.
4- The school does not accept any responsibility of the loss of books, money and cloths.
5- It is compulsory for the student to participate in the school function, sports and cultural activities. Co-operation of the parents also sought in this regard.

Fee Rules

1- Fees must be deposited with in month.
2- Late payment fine is Rs. 50/- per month.
3- If fees remains unpaid for two consecutive months, Student name will be struck off. The child will be readmitted on the payment of admission fee.
4- School fees and other dues must be cleared before term examination.
5- Children againts whom any dues are outstanding will not be allowed to attend classes for appearing in the examination.
6- Parents may deposit fees in advance if they wish.
7- Cheques are not accepted.
8- Once fees is paid to the school is not refundable under any circumstance.
9- Do not give any kind of money or fee to the rickshaw fellow

Recommendation and Parental Corporation

1- Parents are requested to consider their child's diary every day. this will guide them in the completing the home-work.
2- Remarks made in the school diary must be acknowledged and counter signed regular by the parents.
3- Criticism of a teacher or a school in the presence of a child is to be avoided, as it may the cause the student to loose respect for his teacher and the school
4- Parents are not allow to meet their children or teacher during the school hours without prior permission of the Principal
5- Parents are expected to participate regularly in the school function whenever they are invited and presence of one member in the parents teacher meeting is compulsory.
6- Parents are requested to inform the institution of any change of address. Parents should be ensure that their wards take an active part in school activities.
7-Do not wear any jewelry and makeup of any kind.
8-Nail are to be trimmed regularly and wear neat and clean uniform properly.
9-The school does not accept any responsibilities for loss of any books. Money, cloth and other items belonging to the student.
10-For information or complains meet the principal not to the class teacher.
11- Give written information or complain in your child's school diary.
12- Please observe fee schedule strictly.
13- All students of the school should be regular and punctual. Students who arrive late may not be allowed to attend the class without the permission of the principal.
14- No one child will be absent without written leave application. In case of infectious diseases the child will not be allowed to attend the school without a fitness certificate from an authorized medical officer.
15- Students should keep their bicycle at the school cycle stand properly locked and at their own risks.
16- Students are expected to maintain high values of the school by their manner, discipline and commitment to their studies.
17- The prospectus is liable to change without notice, any modification as and when made will be binding on all existing students.
